We specialize in providing small group workshops. We can bring mats to your location, or provide a space in Hanover, MD.
Our workshops include physical, verbal and emotional/mental self-defense techniques. We believe learning while having fun - rather than feeling scared or intimidated - is the best way.
We can provide workshops for your scout troops in an age appropriate manner. We recommend 1hr for younger students (5-10ish), 1.5hrs for the teens, and 2hrs for adults.
There is a minimum of 6 students for workshops. Max size can be discussed and additional assistants/coaches arranged if needed.
Costs range from $25 dollars per student (after meeting the minimum) for 1hour workshop to $40 per student for a 2hr workshop.
*Additional location fees may exist if we need to reserve a location for your event.
